Michael Elder, Senior Advisor
Elder is an engineer with more than 50 years of energy and regulatory experience. As a licensed PE, he has designed, built, operated, and decommissioned energy generation systems all over the world. His experience negotiating with government agencies, corporations, special interests groups, and various stakeholders provides DRC both innovative and historical knowledge.
